What is the setup fee
Setup fee is calculated individually. It depends of the hardware you order and time period. In case of biggest orders like Dedi 1998 or long time periods setup fee can be free.
Are the orders procesed automaticly?
No, not yet. We got local BTC blockchain copy on Vlad's server but we are not integrated with him.
How long does the order process?
It depends of the item you ordered. Most popular orders like Dedi 98 or VPSes are procesed within one day. Customized orders can take up to one month.
Do you refund?
No, we don't refund our servers because we don't disable it due to illegal content detected or abuse report received. In some cases additional fee can be required.
